Artist: Samuel Margolies (1897-1978), famous 20th century artist.
This piece was exibited in the Sprinfield Museum of Fine Arts back in 2006.
What a different view of N.Y.C. it almost looks peaceful...but we all know that it's one of the most hectic places in the world. Looks can be so decieving.
